no1ph Platform Rules

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and no1ph ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "no1ph"), governing your access to and use of the no1ph online gaming platform available at https://no1ph.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

no1ph is a PAGCOR-licensed online casino and sports betting operator serving Filipino players across the Philippines. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of no1ph following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on no1ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the legal minimum age for participation in casino-style and sports betting gambling activities regulated by PAGCOR is 21. no1ph strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal constructs may not register as Players.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by no1ph or PAGCOR.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of no1ph or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

no1ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the no1ph Platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You further agree to promptly update this information should it change at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your no1ph account credentials, including your username and password. no1ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify no1ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

no1ph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. All Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed. Required documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within the past three months.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the no1ph Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). no1ph does not apply currency conversion fees or spreads. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your playing balance.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include:

• GCash — Instant deposit processing in most cases. Withdrawals processed to the registered GCash number within the same business day for verified accounts.
• PayMaya (Maya) — Instant deposit processing. Same-day withdrawal processing for verified accounts during operating hours.
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — Bank transfer deposits processed within banking hours. Withdrawal timelines subject to standard interbank processing schedules.
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — Bank transfer deposits and withdrawals subject to standard BDO processing timelines.
• Metrobank — Bank transfer deposits and withdrawals subject to standard Metrobank processing timelines.

no1ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and may result in account review.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal methods. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your no1ph account. no1ph reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same channel used for the most recent deposit, or as otherwise directed by no1ph's payments team in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Processing of withdrawal requests is contingent on satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements.

Games & Betting

no1ph offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to live casino games, online slots, sports betting markets, bingo, and other games made available on the Platform from time to time. The availability of specific games or betting markets may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All casino games offered on no1ph utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game being streamed.

With respect to sports betting:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the specific event rules.
• no1ph reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at no1ph's discretion. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all sports and markets and are displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement.

no1ph reserves the right to suspend, modify, or permanently remove any game or betting market from the Platform at any time and without prior notice to Players.

Bonuses & Promotions

no1ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits.

General bonus terms applicable to all no1ph promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing this limitation constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• no1ph reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if a Player is found to have breached these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
• In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail only with respect to the subject matter of the conflict.

no1ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to its modification or withdrawal will be notified of material changes via their registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

Responsible Gaming

no1ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. Gambling on the no1ph Platform is intended to be an enjoyable entertainment activity. It is not a source of income and should never be used as a means to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all no1ph account holders:

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Players may configure reminders that alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — Players may elect to temporarily suspend their account for a period of their choosing, from 24 hours up to six months.
• Self-Exclusion — Players may permanently self-exclude from the no1ph Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, no marketing communications will be sent and no new accounts may be opened.

If you believe that your gambling has become or may become a problem, we strongly encourage you to seek assistance. no1ph supports access to responsible gaming resources available through PAGCOR and relevant Philippine welfare organisations.

Gambling is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Providing false age information to circumvent this restriction is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the no1ph Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to PAGCOR and, where applicable, law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through associated individuals or entities.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, collusion, or any other form of game manipulation in multiplayer environments.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of betting.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to bypass geo-restrictions, or any other method intended to obtain promotional benefits beyond those available to a single genuine Player.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward no1ph staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other Player's account or to any backend systems of no1ph.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the no1ph Platform, including but not limited to the no1ph brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, software, text, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of no1ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of no1ph intellectual property will be subject to legal action under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, no1ph, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, no1ph shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server failure, telecommunications disruption, or force majeure events.
• Any loss of data, account credentials, or funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where no1ph was not negligent in its security obligations.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment service providers.

no1ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, howsoever caused, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your no1ph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

You may close your no1ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account that is not subject to active wagering requirements or an ongoing dispute will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal channel, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

no1ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific product terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• Circumstances in which continued operation of the account would expose no1ph to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by no1ph for reasons other than Player breach, any balance attributable to genuine deposits net of withdrawals will be returned in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and no1ph, you are encouraged to first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. no1ph will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's consumer complaint mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

no1ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, no1ph will provide reasonable notice to active Players via the email address registered on their account or by means of a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will be updated in the effective date notice at the top of this document. Your continued use of the no1ph Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

For regulatory matters, no1ph is supervised by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who are unsatisfied with no1ph's handling of a complaint may escalate the matter directly to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official consumer complaint channels.
